CONDE 35 - LAPA is an urban rehabilitation project by Stone Capital. Located in the most exclusive area of Lisbon, covered by local businesses, restaurants, museums and an exclusive view over the Tagus River, the building has the highest standards that modern architecture can offer, designed by the award winning Portuguese atelier – Aires Mateus.
Branding, Print, Art Direction – 2016
The logo arise from the deconstruction of pattern elements surrounding the building (tiles, shutters and balconies), in order to perpetuate the ornamental and urban heritage of Lapa.
